Dating you'll actually leave.
Most dating apps are engagement products. Their revenue depends on you staying single and keeping you scrolling. MeetCute is paid by you — not by ads, not by keeping you on our site. If you graduate, we succeed. If you're here for a year, we haven't.
How it works
- Go deep once. A 25-minute personality profile built from validated instruments — Big Five, attachment, values, conflict style, humour, and more. Free to join — no upfront fee. You only pay when we find you someone to meet.
- No swiping. No browsing. No messaging. You never see who's in the pool. The matcher scores compatibility in the background — when two of you clear each other's threshold, you both see each other's photos and a plain-English summary of why the matcher thinks you fit.
- Meet in person, first. When two users both clear each other's compatibility threshold, MeetCute arranges a public meeting. $35 per side, charged to your card on file when you confirm — so both of you are committed when the meeting actually happens.
- If you both say yes, the second date is arranged for you. Most first dates that went well die due to scheduling friction — not compatibility. We take that friction off your plate.
- Tell us when you find someone. There's a "graduate" button. You use it, we take you out of the pool, the counter at the top goes up by one, and you don't see us again unless you want to.
What we don't do
- No in-app chat. You meet, not pen-pal.
- No candidate feed. You don't browse, we match.
- No "boosts" or paid-for-visibility upsells. Ever.
- No data-selling. We're paid by you; that's the whole deal.
